There are 17 prefects at our school. They are in 2 teams - 'Perfect Prefects' and 'Perfect Protective Penguins'. The teams work on a weekly rotation at all playtimes.

Prefect duties are:

• Set the highest standards of behaviour and commitment to the school.
• Greet and show visitors around school.
• Help with the supervision of pupils during breaktimes.
• Support the Reception pupils and teacher.
• Be available for those pupils who are upset or feel 'left out'.
• Help keep the school and grounds tidy.
