Marathon day 2006 (Scroll down to see how much we raised and what we spent the money on!)
On Monday 24th January, we held a Children's Marathon Event to raise money for the charity, 'Children with Leukaemia'.
We all chose an activity that we would do for 26 minutes. You could choose from...
running or walking, skipping, dancing, penalty shoot out or ICT/colouring.
Although we were very puffed out, we had a great time and raised £932 - half for the charity and half for the school. Not bad for half an hour's work! THANK YOU to everybody who helped to raise the money.

With some of the money we bought a bench for Ricky Hamer, a past pupil who sadly died from Leukaemia a few years ago. We also planted a tree and some children and planted some flowers with a local gardener. Ricky's uncle painted the bench for us.
